DM can grow its Medi-Call rollout, without having to build an in-house network of service providers. Instead, it can sell Medi-Call as a Software as a Service (SaaS) to existing networks of clinics wherever they want (i.e. Scrn in Vancouver, CBDT in Toronto etc etc). Hence, instead of building a network, they simply need to negotiate deals with pre-existing networks. This, in my opinion, is s much more nimble and less costly way to do business. If successful it would, likely, be significantly easier and rapid to expand beyond Canada's borders.
