SWOT analysisI think Marshall time and times again has shown that he knows and understands his business/enterprise really well and he understands clearly what are the Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats his company is facing on a regular basis and he moves accordingly. I find it funny to see you Stinker commenting on the management of this company because you sound like they(management) should have taken a run at this $631M contract and contrary to you, I believe the company is not ready to take on such contract. Diversifying the revenue and customer base for a small company is the right thing to do, building the corporate infrastructure is also the right thing to do that way when we are moving one step forward we stay there and don't have to make two steps backwards. Just my two cents of common sense.
