The Charter has not been suspended but when an individual's chartered rights are trampled on what is the difference for him/her? If a person parks a truck on Parliament Hill and is totally peaceful their truck insurance can be suspended, their bank accounts and the business bank account can be frozen and all this without a court order and without legal argument or recourse. Worst problem is that a moronic party leader gets to decide who to apply these arbitrary rules to.


ask the people living downtown if they feel their rights have been "trampled on"...who gets to decide that someone can honk 24 hours a day outside their window!
