Another great example. Simply put why would any potential investor (retail or institutional) want to buy shares and become a shareholder in a company when said company can't even schedule an AGM for their shareholders. It is nothing short of pathetic. My only hope with uplisting to the TSX is that they'll be held to a higher standard. Whoever is responsible for such a simple task such as scheduling ONE meeting every 12 months, should be fired.
