In the right place, at the right time, at a reasonable cost, but do not try to run the entire country on it unless you have a realisitic source of power (such as nuclear). If anyone thinks our current local grids and even our houses are equipped for a transition to all electric then they are stuck in a pipedream. Be prepared for massive costs for upgrades -- but then it's only money - and you have lots of that!
Can you sit for a minute and try to picture in your mind how the heaviest industrialized country (U.S.) in the world could run on power provided by wind and solar only. What an ugly picture that is - but there are millions of gullible people that have been convinced it is the wave of the future and a true possibility. Common sense and logic lost again.
