I'm happy with DM targeting niche non-Canadian audiences (production, international students, mining companies) on top of the broader Canadian population. Hese can, eventually help broaden DM's network and open up to other international markets. For instance, although not familiar with Medicall's director's origins, I gather he's probably of Indian origin and may have access to India-based health networks. If so, imagine how interesting that may end up to be... With BC also hosting a huge Chinese community, there may also be opportunities to develop in that market - noting that both Indian and Chinese communities have large foreign students populations in BC...as well as in Toronto - another key market DM is targeting.
