Charging Carts / Van Mounted Mobile Chargers

Installation and testing of the level 2 Smart EV Charing Cart commenced on Aug 25 according to that NR.

The 8 Van mounted Mobile Charging Units were supposed to be deployed "by" September according to the July 28 NR.....did they mean to say "by the end" of September or are these 8 units on the road, do these units need to be tested as well or not or have they been tested.

I expect news on the testing of the smart carts by the end of October and hope to hear something on the 8 van mounted units by the middle of October, being delayed does not concern me....only thing that matters is they get lots of subscriptions and or supply contracts
