Well we already gave them Concierge for an all share deal that's how l now worth next to nothing. Hopefully we keep this one.

Good point. They should have a clean slate particularly now they're owned by a public traded company that cares about client sentiment.

Also,If they manage the two clinics profitably several others can be opened capturing more clients
