Medicall spinoff

If medicall is very profitable, then the spinoff can be good for us, the ratio would be less than one for one, I guess, maybe for every 10 shares of DM you get 1 share of new company. My guess is it would not be one for one, but DM will own a big portion of the shares. JMHO.
