I don't believe the chart you posted, or any chart anyone could create shows a higher low. Nor does it illustrate an uptrend. The volume increase is encouraging, but the chart shows nothing at this time. You will get lucky though! I believe some news will take this higher before the end of the week and hopefully beyond.
