RE:RE:RE:RE:Whatever happened to NexaSMARTMy guess is since it was a joint venture, the Goverment is allowed to use it, possibly NATO as well for free. That's why DM tried to capitalize on private enterprise instead of selling its use to the Goverment. 

The government has it, uses it but as a result of the proprietary partnership gets a free ride on its biggest use and integration. 

Just my opinion.
