Based on financials filed Sept 23 by DM, Balance sheet stated by DM that Tangible book value .01.

The balance sheet shows the following two figures Net Goodwill   2.97m
  Intangibles - Net                                                                             10.70m

Total                                                                                                 13.67m

I have no idea of what these two figures represent but by definition Intangible Asset is an asset that lacks physical sustance.  Examples are patents, copyrights, franchises or trade marks as well as other software.

These items on balance sheet arrive at tangible book value of .01 cent.

Any reduction of these items would produce Net tangible book value of less than .01.

 

Thats my take.
