samydude -Grace period may be wishful thinking. My comment based on fact that DM announced the change of auditor in /DM news release 5 days after change of fiscal period. and filed in on SEDAR.

Feb 13 20224 to June 30 gives our auditors plenty of time to prepare financial statements.
