I  personally  do not accept the fact that DM in its February 8  news release made a  mistake in stating to be filed in late june in accordance with Nat continuous disclosure  notice 51-102.

If incorrect DM should issue an imediate news release stating its error .

Barring a news release by company June 30 appears to be correct filing deadline.
