RE:RE:RE:RE:V.DM Defaults in Filing YE FinancialsThanks for the clarification swint, read the clause 4.2 and 4.4, was looking at the wrong calendar for March 31st ye file dates. Also read the clauses on Change of Year End to see if there was a difference there that DM was refering to as to why the needed to file by late June in their Feb 8 change of year end release. Guess they looked at the wrong filing calendar as well.
