RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:V.DM PP investors running dry?What seems to me is that the statement of financials being released in late June was to get the PP (June 13th PP snuck into the Cereal Crunch press release) completed in short order, which it only received partial fill, playing games to get money invested. TSXV regs do give V.DM until July 31st midnight to file.
But.... if you as a company say you are going to do something (post YE financials by late June 2024) and the company puts themselves under obligation, yet does not fullfil that obligation even when in an official news release, does that garner more or less confidence in what the company states? Also, does it inspire confidence when a company ghosts it's investors when asked about this press release? July 31st 2024 is coming will we see anything by then?
