As Marshall indicated in the September webinar, DM's hands are tied in terms of anything having to do with HC approval. They need to let things run their course, however frustrating delays may be. The only positive element, at this point, is that HC has continued reaching out with questions - meaning some sort of process is still ongoing, however slow it may be. This said, as @Arbourmark

Hi Kensington, we all agree it has been a long time and I am sure Marshall would agree with you but I suggest you should be directing your frustration towards Health Canada not Marshall as DM has no impact on when or if the test will be approved.  In my humble opinion I believe Health Canada and Federal government are delaying as they actually fear more testing will clearly identify more
