Halt could be associated with a number of AI and/or C-19 NRs
Stemming from last week's AGM, we could expect:
C-19. Marshall indicated several NRs may come out in the coming 7-10 days. So this would be most likely, including the announcement of a projected Montreal production agreement, not unlike those of Vancouver and Toronto.
AI. Marshall indicated DM was in the process of submitting a 440M DoD IDEAS proposal (Milestone 4). If I recall correctly, in September's webinar, he indicated having been very surprised to see DoD approve Milestone 3 in a record 24 hours (or so). IF DoD was in a hurry and the on-invitation only Milestone 4 approval turn-around was similarly rapid, it just may be that the NR would be for granting of this $40M contract - understanding, if not mistaken, that this was expected to be a joint bid - meaning the full amount would not be DM-only.
OTCQB. Since Marshall indicated the graduation to OTCQB was well advanced, such an announcement would be straightforward.
In short, alot of irons in the fire, all of which are rather positive. My preferred would, however, clearly be the IDEAS $40M deal BUT rather large C-19 contracts (i.e. mining company etc) could also prove rather positive. GLTA
