This is great news in my opinion. Free shares in the spin off of Ronin just by holding DM is an excellent bonus. It is much better move to spin off Ronin than to write it off on their balance sheet. With the strong BTC bullmarket this Ronin spin off will be a huge success as crypto currencies will expand exponentially within the next few years. I also believe that SMART technology will be a major part with Ronin. Like everyone else I wish the news release was more detailed and not so vague. Hopefully Marshall will be doing an interview or webinar to provide more detail information. GLTA

It certainly can be, if things go well. Keep on mind that when they spin out Ronin, the value of DM will likely drop by a proportional amount. Of course the hope is that going forward, each company will succeed and thereby create more value. Here's hoping!

Up until very recently Ronin was seen as a liability or write-off, so I don't expect spinning it off will negatively impact the courrent sp. I expect shareholders will receive Ronin shares, which may ne diluted by a likely needed PP, but should otherwise be a win-win for shareholders. Having Ronin as a pure cryptocurrency play will attract significantly more attention than if maintained within
