With so many good developments in the last month or two and this just cannot move up no matter what , I feel this will go back to around .12 or .13 or so. JMHO

Now that's an interesting inroad for NexaSmart. I recall the Quebec govt launching this initiative a couple of weeks ago. A nice way for DM to get it's foot in the door.
