Can anyone offer explanation?

The explanation is that market is irrational . Only an uninformed investor would rush out and buy screen pro shares for a $1.00 with a float of almost 337 yes thats 337 million shares .

Astutein For me I wasn't expecting anything for DM when SCRN went active.....they are just like DM now....they have to secure test kit deals or it will go nowhere......so I'm waiting for some news about secured kit deals by screenpro in the next week or 2 I hope
