DM has been a acquisition target the minute DM started bidding on same U.S. Gov contracts as Palantir.
Hence why McWhirter on BNN made specific reference to DM being a mini-Palantir....Only difference is DM will be cash flow positive long before Palantir thanks to Covid
My personal hypothesis that explains the lack of what most thought would have been much anticipated news flow following the announcement of the launch of Social Media Intel Disruption Technology Nexa-S.M.A.R.T. (Social Media Automated Reporting Technology) is because it is now part of a massive Test Pilot Program that has expanded far beyond its existing U.S. clients, that being U.S.A.F + U.S. Navy + Central Command under N.A.T.O.
Of course this type of development would not be reported due to its Intel sensitivity.
I have surmised that if I am correct, this type of Test Pilot would likely have a expiry date of one year from Q1 2021.
Naturally if DM's Tech is found to be "must have" or what I like to call "Linchpin Cyber-Tech" at the end of this duration, based on the Made in America concept, this technology will become American.
The strategy to augment DM Cyber with Deep Fake Tech with Computer Vision will only drive the valuation of the
Take-Out ..imho
This is why I'm island shopping with a trigger date in mind of Q1 2022 :-)
