Discord call: Broad strokes feedback

30 minutes flies, so Marshall may not have touched on everythink people were hoping for (not to mention he can't address material news on the Discord forum - this has to come out through NRs) but here are broad stokes of what came out:

1. COVID. 

• Ontario rapid tesing oportunities for Assisted Living Centres. Ontario is pursuing rapid testing strategies in which DM is interested. Work in progress. (Note: News to me, so interesting if it leads to added income streams)
• Productions testing. Screen Actors Guild testing strategy coming to an end this Wednesday. Current protocols requring 3 tests per week. DM expects to know more about the new strategy within days (Note: Given the impact positive COVID infections have had on the likes of the MI-7 filming, my guess is productions testing will continue unabated for the coming 6 months)

2. General issues.

• DM status by end-2021. Marshall expects the AI plateform to be much stronger. More specifically, he expects 2 x new verticals to have been established, including the Telehealth - to launch shortly - and FinTech by year's end
• NASDAQ Uplisting. OTCQB listing process ongoing. Housekeeping completed last week.
• Institutional investors. Growing interest by institutional investors about DM. Marshall expected to meet 4 of them in the next 48 hrs and others next week.

3. TeleHealth

• Concierge. Group of doctors, in Vancouver area overseeing COVID testing nationwide as well as labs (i.e. interpret test results etc) will be working in coordination with MediCell (telehealth backed by DM AI)
• TeleHealth (MediCall) rollout in process.  Cannot provide much more at this time but news soon
• Suicide prevention. Patents dating from 2018 to be integrated in MediCell. If not in initial release 1 rollout, can be expected in release 2.
• DM very well aware that they are not the only ones in this space but beleive that they can carve their space.

Perhaps more has been shared (inputs welcome) but this is the gist of what I picked up on.

I'm gonna hope and pray the film studios continue with PCR (more money to us) but the fact they are meeting to discuss it gives me pause....it may have been a strategy that needs reviewing but no need to discuss if you are continuing on with it, you like or you don't I do see however our little 94 % 10 minute bad boy being a much cheaper option for them and still give very good safety

Beyond the Guild itself, I'm sure insurance companies are involved in the decision process. If so, you can be sure that they'll want to ere on the side of caution and 'encourage' ongoing testing - especially since we have yet to assess the impact of variants and a potential 4th wave come Autumn.

I really hope you're right Mary as going to rapid would cut our revs in a 1/3 and will show in Q3. What I see in the news and watching things is Rapid is becoming the wave of the future but fully get your point about insurances but then again the law of the land in Canada is rapids are ok to use, can't see insurance companies going to balle with the gov. Found some information from June 25th that discusses the Screen Actor's Guild (SAG) perceived need to bring in compulsory vaccinations as a way to easy out of COVID (and by extension I assume to ease out of testing)..  Fortunately the human rights crowd is against it and 25% of the SAG board voted against it.  Could mean that they have to maintain testing for now - so possibly good

Thanks for this Resilience.  I missed the meeting this week -- you mention NASDAQ uplisting. Is this from OTCQB to NASDAQ?

The NASDAQ bit was unclear to me and was mentioned later in the call, so not much of an opportunity to ask for clarity.  My understanding is we're already OTCQB cleared, so I'm not sure what is the reference to NASDAQ (we currently wouldn't be eligible for a full listing). Perhaps something to follow up on next week.

Doesn't a company need to trade above $1.00usd for a specific amount of time as one of the requirements to list on Nasdaq?

I'm unsure of the NASDAQ requirements but that sounds about right. In regards to the OTC markets, my understanding is there is 4 tiers before NASDAQ but I could be wrong on hitting all 3 before uplisting. We just came off the pinks and now are OTCQB, one more level up to OTCQX. I'm not entirely sure what each level brings. Perhaps more exposure and financial sustainability. As long as we

From my understanding to get listed on Nasdaq the company has to trade at $3USD for at least about 3 months.

Nasdaq listing in a nut shell, there is a little more to it though, looks like we have everything but the 3 bucks, lets just get past 30 cents and hold it for now What are the rules to be listed on NASDAQ? Shareholders Equity of at least $2,000,000. At least 100,000 shares of public float. A minimum of 300+ shareholders. Total assets of $4,000

was kinda making a joke out it anyways as nasdaq isn't anywhere near close meaning years, gotta keep real on here as there is lots of pumping.....for example to even suggest we are nasdaq bound is laughable, we got 60 million 20 cent shares to deal with in 4 months if the price is high enough for target boy to sell some so nasdaq hahaha

Hive Has been over a dollar for a boat a year now, I am not sure when they applied but their application to NASDAQ and being listed did not move their stock

DM's marketcap is crazy undervalued, other companys in AI have 100+ mc with no rev's.... DM will explode soon, should be 3--5x mc of today.....open the gates at let the show begin.......when institution piles in we are off to the races
