Well when we get the deal done with them (which should be soon) we have a contract on the go.......or does this mean the deal with DM has gone bye bye......I can't figure out which one.

Mr. Gunter has indicated in a couple Discord calls that the Perspectum deal was with the TSX for review. This R&D which it seems to me, might have addeda layer of complexity to closing it. I expect it to still move forward and I hope it does as Hydrogen is going to be a hot market.

This could explain the length of time it's taking to close what would have been a very straight forward deal, these kinds of deals happen everyday all day so possibly you are right and it's added some extra red tape.....I'm now 50 / 50 the deal will be done with DM however. Makes no difference to me really DM has lots to chew on and extra dilution at this time would be be better to

Per se, not against dilution when making an acquisition, however, would like to see clarity to the accretive value added what would offset this dilutive effect. Didn't see this on the Medi-call acquisition as yet...hopefully, will be surprised in a positive way. 60M free trading shares from this acquisition will hit the market in a couple of months...capping the share prices, with those
