Disney Cruise Lines land and expand strategy
I'm sure many will have guessed today's NR refers to Disney Cruise Lines (https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/) but the important bit, in my mind, is that DM leverages such COVID contract to build in its 'land and expand' strategy. Given its size and notoriety, Disney certainly fits the bill as a high profile client - noting that they undoubtedly got this contract because they're already doing business with Disney's productions side of the business.

In short, expect AI contracts to, eventually, stem from this relationship.

.... Resilience... maybe now the same with MediCall MD as with AI.... calling on Covid customers..... now that adds to the potential opportunities.... All IMO. DYODD.

Spot on Resilience, Marshall has already stated that certain DM clients have been testing out the MediCall platform and been influential in its design metrics, this should become transparent as it's rolled out. Expect the mental health component to dominate, all jmho
