What do you mean they have a dark side? Did you mean that have a black budget becausae of their NDAs with the different gov't entities?

...what crypto is referring to is explained at the end of the video... As in a "dark side" being Government or NDA contracts that cannot be spoken of that will continue to support the company financially while the commercial side continues to work at becoming more clear... But DM also has a green side where they are making $ through COVID test kit sales to further finance the company

Sorry if you don't like the term Dark Side as if to suggest something nefarious at play, that wasn't my intention , only trying to shed the sentiment held by the street in regard to referring to a stock like Boeing or Datametrex that have a component of Complete-Non-Disclosure. Acker isn't alone, most analysts often use terms like Black Budget, Dark Side or Spook Side when referring
