And they could lower the purchase price by buying back those shrs @ .08, they sold it for a share price of .15 now they have the opportunity to buy those shrs back @ half the cost, i hope they take advantage and up that buyback from 5% to 30%

If it goes lower, management would show a vote of confidence by purchasing shrs and same amount as before.
