Expect to see an enterprise wide contract for smart chargers, ie. comercial properties, retailers, etc. a shared revenue model?? maybe even Walmart??

Yes your bang on , that's the news I am waiting for, signing on with someone like Walmart or a large grocery chain for example is a must for this initiative to become profitable.
