Until more information is provided it is more of a product offering than a partnership. It seems like a good product, however, when DM secured rights for a new test it, it was just that, a product offering to add to their arsenal. It was not a partnership. I'm eager to see how it unfolds.

I'm with you on this one.  I'm pretty indifferent at this point.  If you look at the technical specs of the Cyber Switching chargers you will see that they are nothing special 16A-48A charigng with load balancing.  Marshall is talking out his A-S when he states that they charge faster than anyone else.  Most manfactures of EV chargers offer the same product for less

It seems that DM was not looking for a new slightly better charging device but more likely they were looking for a system that integrated into the Cyber Switching charger, the special software ( called EVMC ), that creates significantly better big picture outcomes. Just because Marshall puts something in a NR doesn't mean it's accurate. Do some research on EV chargers. Look at what the competition is selling, compare specs and prices and you'll see what I mean.

To me it looks like a promising fit. We will know for sure in stages.....getting signed contracts then seeing what revenues are being generated from those contracts then the main thing.....profit margins....by Q1 of 2023 reported end of May we should have a decent look.....Q3 end of this November nothing of any importance and a small "start up" glimpse in the annual reported at the end
