Waiting game
With everything submitted it's now a waiting game on the uplisting. 4-8 weeks guess unless there is a request to provide more info

Could be wrong, but wasn't MG a fund manager at one time? Uplisting was due by end of June. You'd figure that an ex fund manager would have supplied the correct paper work to the tsx without much difficulties if that were the case. Excuses excuses excuses. Do they ever stop here? SG3579

This would be false. No mention of fund manager on Linkdin. Oddly enough it took me less then a minute to pull this up. You might want to check your source on that.

After almost 3 years in the stock the one thing that I have learned… Do not rely on anything Marshall says… It is not reliable as any kind of investing advice. All in my opinion… Good luck to all

And that's the problem with the stock market in whole. You got CEOs that think they know what's best to be a publicly traded company, others who think they can manage without public money. Either way, it's all geared to move money around, usually taking yours in the process.
