I'd like to know if the MediCall spin-off was explain and if they disclosed the ratio of the spin-off , will it be one for one?
Other then that could someone provide the other bullet points please.

Medi Call will be spun off into its own probably this fall. Apparently it is doing very well and there is much interest. Nothing definite on the timeline. Analytics GPT beta testing has garnered a great deal of interest and the feedback is very good. Korean Expo has been overwhelming with interest snd now Datametrex is going a few days early and staying a few days after to take advantage of the ...more

The biggest worry, and it's quite likely, that ScreenPro takes over Medically and the clinics. I wonder how they pay for it? Best.hope DM isolates themselves away from the clan. It's extremely toxic for retail investors.
