Funny enough I've been reading for years investors saying we need to get WAllStreetREPORTER on this stock. Its investors who have been suggesting it and sadly if true also the ones who are now suggesting to rip up a signed contract. Not good.

I believe he is referring to some tweets from the "wallstreetrptr"twitter account. Reads like a petulant child throwing a tantrum because he lost out on the deal. I don't think anyone with a strong case would be tweeting some of the nonsense he has put out today.

If you listen to the WallStreetReporter he claims due to investors concerns about paying too much. Contract signed, news release out, called and said can I cxl, which WallStreetReporter said ya I do you a favour 30K to break contract and Marshall said no that won't work. He said he will sue for 200K ish in New York.
