Or maybe they exercised now because they know the SP is heading upward, or they'll be bought out before the options expire. Cash, good for a year still at current rate. Buy this stock is my advice, but do your own DD!

I'm posting a lot this morning, but love how much discussion we have today! If they know the SP is heading upward, why not buy on the open market at a 30% discount to the option price? If it is because they can't (announcement coming), then why the urgency - the options are good for 2 years?
