Jan 18 2023 you publicly offered a target of installing 500 EV charging units during 2023.
We deserve an update on your projections no matter what the number is. It's been 10 months and this initiative that you embarked on is long overdue to be addressed.

Simply leaving us real investors in the dark is no longer an option, we demand an update Marshall....it's time. We also need Q3 EV revenues to be reported separately....we have the right to assess our investment decisions....you can no longer hide this Marshall....it's time.

If these very simple requests can't be fulfilled please step down, we deserve these basic answers.....it's your job.

Don't forget about the "FLEET" of mobile charging vans. I believe that DMEV's is what is burning alot of cash reserves. It did not pan out as expected. I also believe management did not do enough of their own Due Diligence before buying this vertical.

For me it's a good space to be in, can't argue that. Serious real investors need info from a CEO, after 10 months of projecting 500 chargers and like you say the "fleet" it's simply time for him to update us with numbers. If the numbers are low and he'll get some egg on his face so be it but that doesn't change the fact that we deserve some real data to once again
