Proxy vote info for december is sent?
Iv never gotten any datametrex related mail ever but iv been scrutinizing DM Sedar documents all week refreshing on my homework and it shows /suggests they sent out vote mail to sharehders for the December meeting.
In case this meeting is news to anyone, they are voting for the management (no new nominations but I could be misinterpreting it) as well as a vote to change the name of the company. These are the biggest ticket items that are going to be discussed during the December meeting.
Please refer to Sedar for links , just search within this last week's time frame to see it all.
I wonder if the reason iv never gotten any mail is my mailing address is wrong on my brokerage, this is something I'm gonna rectify if true but I thought I'd ask the group if anyone has ever received investor mail from DM before?

Yes I get info all the time relatingto meetings etc!!

Probably just sent them out this week. Probably will receive next week. If it doesn't arrive before end of month contact Dyour broker
