Agreed. As a shareholder of record for approximately 3 years running I find recent developments extremely disappointing. Risk is assumed and understood. Lack of transparency and repeated inference to the outlook appears to be either clearly ignorant of facts or wilfully deceitful. Jmho.

I sent and email to Marketing and Marshall regarding the News Release and an explanation why we are not getting them as we used to. Maybe I'll get an answer back!!

Bentley Us shareholders should not have to resort to requests for new release. Is it not the responibility and requirement of company to release its financials and M&A & MAD after filing on sedar. thats my take and opinion.

They dont need to send a news release out , you know when the financials are due , just look on sedar , if you look on CEO.CA that site puts them out automatically [ FINANCIALS ], it actually costs a company around 3k to release a news release , take them to court for bad performance like some are saying here , LMAO.

frewil ll UTTER NONSENSE. so DM is in such bad financial shape that it can afford to issue a news release. . All shareholders are entitled to new release without going to sedar.(IMO) So there is no bad performance as some are saying according to you. 20million down to 1million plus ????

Bad performance, it's been a brutal performance, ya the company should release the Financials as a news release but I was just stating they don't have to, I used to know a ceo of one of these nano cap companies , he told me about 10 years ago it cost a company around 1800 , but I would think it's around 3k now ( just an estimate)

I'm with TD . I used to get TD Market News and Research Alert on everything going on with Datametrex and I still get them from other investments.. but they stopped for Datametrex.

For the nine months ended September 30, 2023, revenue was $6,521,306 (2022: $27,544,338). Eps -0.02/share. Total loss 2.9m. Losses manly due to equipment purchase, share buyback. 1.14m cash on hand. Gpod Enough for 2024 as more cash from revenue is coming.
