The whole Park, Sharif, Haber family.

This shouldn't be news to anyone just a general reminder.

Graphblockchain and Justera Health are spinoff sister companies of Datametrex.

Datametrex owns shares in both and its general business strategy has been to acquire and build up verticles and then sell/ splits them off into either sister companies or gets the existing sister companies to buy them. (Earlier this summer DM released news they were considering selling off the clinics which were either going to go to Justera or become its own entity - they changed there minds and sold the EV verticle to GBLC instead)

Paul Haber is the CEO of GraphBlockChain, and has board seats and influences decisions in Datametrex and Justera Health.

Charles Park is the COO of Datametrex and also works for Graphblockchain (it's not on the website you need to look up SEDAR and see the management list)

Young Choo Lee is a board member of GraphBlockchain and until recently ran the Korean office for Datametrex. He is a major shareholder in both. (I believe they recently hired his replacement in DM though he still holds the position according to GBLC SEDAR docs from November)

Edward Park and Jibran Sharif run Justera Health, they have relations with Charles Park and Omar Sharif (Omar runs the healthhcare verticles)

Sounds like one big dysfunctional family to me.

One big happy family, isn't it? One thing in common is that they all hold a lot of shares, both options and bought on the  open market. My bet is a lot of staff hold shares as well. This should behoove them to get the share price UP as they are all taking a beating as well. They need to get their act together to benefit not just retail investors but themselves as well. It can be done ...more

SEDAR documents show thr biggest bullet item they will vote for in the AGM is changing the name of DM, and then to vote to keep current management the same. There are no new nominations currently. After that is 'extra business's decisions. IMO the selloff of the healthcare verticale may come up again in this conversation. I also hope to hear more info in how/if they plan to continue to ...more

Yes, every loser I have seems to have done a reverse split, and the only thing that accomplished was to give them more room to become a bigger loser.

Same here. Let's hope something comes along revenue wise that would make them discard the idea of a consolidation. Seems MG has never been keen on the idea. I know I'm not. GLTA..

Yeah iv never seen a reserve split work out in my experience. It's literally to attract new investors. The ONLY thing that can drive up the SP increased revenues. Which means new clients. Anything else is just goign keep the lights on. If you don't see them making bigger effort to find new clients then they don't care , the 'major shareholder board holders may just be satisfied ...more
