I believe there are hundreds of Companies that do not news release their financials if they are particularly bad. They just have them posted in Sedar and if you follow the news releases in Stockwatch they post all of the notifications of Sedar items by symbol and name. I am speaking from experience because I am very familiar with having companies that have terrible financials. :-)) With all the

The financials ARE out ( such as they are ) and available. Some Companies post them on Stockhouse, some only on Sedar. Some both if they feel so inclined, but the Sedar filing is mandatory. As expected the Q3 fins were not great. DM has been carrying too much baggage and things have been progressing far more slowly than what they hoped for IMO. Going forward is what will matter, not rehashing the

rollthedice10- Posting financials on stockhouse is not an issue IMO.   A large majority shareholders are not on stockhouse  board. A news release by company is for all shareholders of DM which DM has always done in past.   By not issuing a news release with M & A of financial situation creates serious doubt of investors and current shareholders as to status of

Good point. Now is not the time for DM to be sewing even more doubt and apprehension among shareholders. I just hope something of substance spews out the pipe soon to help guide our SP upwards again. What has been coming down that pipe lately has not exactly been inspiring if you know what I mean. Hiding bad news might be human nature but DM is a public Company and as such has a duty to
