How Close, How Far?

Outside of depreciation and amortization, essentially accounting speak, it might be possible for DM to get expenses down to somewhere around $2 million a quarter. This is particularly true with DMEVS out of the way.

Currently they appear to have acquired almost $2 million annually in new contracts so $500,000 quarterly. Clinics revenue could/should be anywhere between $1 million and $1.5 million quarterly. Arguably a couple of more contracts in the $500,000 to $1 million range should get them to an annual break-even point, at a minimum.

That alone is unlikely to move the sp needle much ....but any significant contracts above that should, shouldn't it? At a sp of $.02 and a continuing oversized bid of $.015 (from which crumbs are being thrown out to keep the sp down) it appears that the stock is sitting at a precipice with positive news more likely to push it up then neutral news to cause a slide.

While $.10 anytime soon may be overly and even ridiculously optimistic in the short term, $.05 on good news is certainly not outrageous.

Whatever happened to the 40 million $$ contract with Canadian Govt. I never fully understood where we stand with that contract and payment

Forge, you are probably right but i looked for it and couldn't find it, so it probably was hidden in some obscure pr release, go figure.

You bring home a compelling argument. The second we see something that resembles a new contract, I'll average down significantly. Until then....
