Some individuals are never satisfied!  The reality is and always has been that a R/S is almost never positive ....and is generally carried out as a "hail mary" last gasp. The fact that management has come out and assured investors that this IS NOT integral as part of moving forward is of course a great (good) sign regardless of the PP.
