RE:Rig Mobilization for #4 well...Good to get going on this. Just a little weird but so what. Don't know why they need "newest and most cutting edge tools” or why they need to "expand the application of these tools along with other completion equipment" or to improve "technological database (and) understanding of specific geological formational environments that produce helium".
Just flow test the well, do pressure build up tests to establish size and likely production potential of reservoir, maybe add some focused 3D seismic - and establish reserves and a solid plan for production of the well. "Most cutting edge" is a bit redundant as is "newest cutting edge".
And I am not even sure what "specific geological formational environments" means. They are testing traps and seals - formational elements are much deeper. Unless he just means measuring the ppm of He3 (max of 300 ppm) which will show whether there is primordial Helium and if that has been diluted by He4 from radioactive decay of uranium and thorium in the crust/mantle which is all He4 and typically reduces He3 to 5-20 ppm in helium recovered from natural gas wells (as opposed to primary helium wells which are currently less well understood.
Anyway moving forward is all good.
