RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:DME Director Dr. Kelli Ward Making CNBC HeadlinesLOL, you did indeed have a lot to say.  Here is my 2 cents, there is indeed good reason to include board members that have political influence in the political jurisdiction where you have operations.  In Arizona, this will mean a Republican.  It is also wise to have gender equality if possible and some diversity on a public board.  Given that, I see why she might have been added and can not fault that.  Having her on the board has enabled DME to give her some valuable stock options and I again do not have an issue with that.  The good things is that with these shares she has some skin in the game and even if she ended up resigning from the board I would expect that she would still use her influence behind the scene to help DME's cause with those peopel she can influence.  The trick is to find a way to encourage her to resign without causing a rift.  We really need to trust the senior executives at DME to manage those types of things.  Or perhaps encourage her to read this Bullboard :)
