RE:RE:FlagstaffKeep in mind that the trial court proceeding is still ongoing.  DME received a very favorable outcome in in its appeal to the court of appeals regarding the preliminary trial court decisions (including overturning the preliminary injunction on Well #3), which will hopefully deter the trial court from continuing down a path of nonsense, but the trial court proceeding is nonetheless still ongoing. 

DME may well take its time with Well #3 until the litigation is finally completed.  It has plenty to keep it busy until then...
