The West Pecos Gas Field encompasses a vast infrastructure, including 188 wells, over 50 miles of gas collection lines, and 77,000 acres of oil and gas leases. Its secondary focus is developing hydrogen assets located within their helium fields.

2.3 million Units (the “Units”) at CAD $2.60 per Unit.

I'm just happy they got it away at a reasonable price. $2.60 with a warrant exerciseable at $3.50 - I wouldn't have minded some of those myself tbh. At least it's now sets the bar.
