RE:HeliumhighI agree that politics and the media in America are in a sad state right now. I'll be happy when this cycle over and the manipulative and misleading ads (by candidates on both sides) finally stop. Unfortunately, there is no simple answer to the problems - incompetent self-seeking politicians, media orgs that filter/propagate "news" only to further their own world view, and lots of money in the background making the whole thing go round. I much prefer focusing on news from the team at DME, and hopefully they give us plenty of (good) news to focus on instead over the coming year. They just need to continue to execute what's in front of them and manage to avoid unnecessary self-inflicted wounds (like a Kelli Ward).
