RE:CommissioningThey are bringing the wells on slowly and ramping up pressure/calibrating over time. If you pull pressure too quickly you can risk well collapse. This is a custom plant that they plan to replicate so i'd imagine it requires a bit more thoroughness than a simpler 99.999 plant off the shelf.
