RE:RE:Update Thanks for letting us know this, Bertie. I really wish they would be careful - especially when seemingly trying to give clarity to the market. Ultimately actions matter than words, but in the securities markets seemingly minor misstatements can give rise to future nuisance lawsuits (though there are probably no real damages they could assert if the stock really just goes up from here).
