Permits From the horse's mouth.... permits are still being pursued. Marta Hodan Wasko is working exclusively on it with Robert You'll see her name on on the ADEQ site being listed as the APP administrator. That was her previous position prior to DME. Marta has the agreement from Robert and Don to hire a hydrology firm to assist in the permits. According to ADEQ permit application/approval process takes up to 300 days.... According to DME it could be up to 2 years and a few hundred thousand $$'s.
