Insider buying

has anyone noticed that no insider's have bought shares since July. One person I think the name is Stout his buying history, seemed like he was buying every paycheck, Then in July he has not bought even a single share, nor has anyone else. On the flip side, no insider has sold a single share as well. Just trying to look at all factors and reading behind the lines If only our company would address the tough questions, 1) when is the portable plant going to be on site, and what site is that. 2) what well/wells will be processed first 3) what is the status of the claim dispute other than it's not DME,s problem but the landlords 4) where is the income from the trucking/drilll rig and has the insurance hipcup been solved. 5) where are the results from the Dome drilling, it's been long enough to have had the results 6) it would be nice to have a town hall meeting or something like that with the present investors. I've been in this for 3 years. Gone through several ups and downs just like the rest of you. I was buying and buying on the great vibe they were selling, but I think it's time to get actual questions answered without sidestepping them with how great they/we are going to be. What really concerned me was the first option to raise funds and then the cancel of that idea, then pretty much without notice they went ahead and did an overnight sale if new shares, Then the first press release was delivered as all court disputes were dismissed,,, oh but in one sentence between that news was that the claim dispute is still ongoing. I'm still super positive about this stock and it's only been the last couple months that I've ever second guessed this management team. Does anyone else feel the same way

1) November 1, not sure where but there's a flyover video of the land on DME's YouTube page 2) Your second questions is answered in the investor slides and recent interviews. Wells 2, 4, 5, 6, and 7 will go into processing first. 4 to 7 will be piped into the processing facility directly, 2 will be trucked in. https://www.metalsnews.com/Metals+News/MetalsNews/Dr.+Allen+Alper,+PhD+Economic ...more

For someone that's been in this for 3 years you sure aren't following along very closely. A few of these questions have been answered. 1. Nov 1. 2.This has been known for a while. 2, 4, 5, 6,7 - and In just recent interview Gunnar Dome was added 3. Nothing has been said on this. From a interview doesn't seem like Robert is worried about it. But would like an update as well. 4. We won ...more

if the portable processing plant is going to start on wells 2, 4,5,6 &7 that is what I'm curious about. There is a leasehold claim on the McCauley field, so how could they start to process this field when that issue has not been settled. The trucking company was said by RR to have paid for itself I believe at the end of June. But I think I read somewhere that it has not been rented out ...more

A claim is not a lawsuit so there is nothing legally stopping them from progressing as planned. If DME lose against the claim then compensation will be awarded to the company making the claim. Still won't stop DME progressing as planned.  The stock price is a surprise but that's the markets. I think when things are quiet people tend to leave so I would expect it to start to ramp ...more

As to the price of the shares hitting nearly $5, we had a pump and dump being executed by a poster who had the handle "Groundpounder" or something close to that. GP was a foreign entity posting all sorts of amazing data and such. GP did a number on a lot of people and when GP and friends bailed the stock dropped and GP dissappeared. HOWEVER, this companies potential, in my opinion, and ...more

Also entire markets crashed since we were at $5. Delivery of a working plant is what I'm looking for as the next big catalyst. Eye-popping results from the this new well could do it too. Someone mentioned Nov 1 for plant delivery a few posts down but I've never heard that date. Link? As far as I've seen the end of the year is the guidance we've been given for start-up (which I ...more

Quote from the interview. SEPT 20, 2022 -- "Don Mosher:I think we'll be in the startup by the 1st of November. We expect to be receiving the modular housing units from GENRON, sometime in the next three weeks. The solar panels are in storage, they've landed from overseas. The fencing is going up next week. The trenching is being done right now. The plot itself, the 10.6 acres, that ...more
