Ron, come out of your well , 3 years of so called data , drilling and no permit. Who would drill with no permits.Should have known when no news on presentation that no investors wanted to invest in this bull.

They had drill permits. The problem they face now is that the wells require fracking to access the helium... fracking requires an extensive amount of work and money in the form of a plan/study which the state requires to protect the groundwater etc. The completed study would still not guarantee an approval from the state.
